Stained Glass Class for Beginners

Instructor: Melissa Pearl

Stained glass is a hands-on course in which participants will learn the fundamental techniques of stained glass, including assembling glass pieces to create beautiful designs. You will explore the basics of foiling, soldering, and the proper use of tools. By the end of the course, you will have crafted your own stained-glass project to take home and will have the skills to continue the exploration of this timeless art form. No prior experience is necessary — just a passion for creativity and learning! Choose one (1) of the offered designs.

Cost: $35 per class and all materials included (Maximum number of participants per class: 4)

Rubber Stamp Card Making Class

Instructor: Jody Enser

How would you like to impress your friends and family with handmade cards?  Each class you will make 8 cards, 2 each of 4 different designs.

Smartphone 101

Instructor: Ken Dash

Whether you have an iPhone or an Android, this beginnerfriendly class covers the fundamental skills you need to navigate the digital world. No question is too small.

  • Connecting to Wi-Fi and managing data.
  • Using the App Store/Play Store safely.
  • Video calling basics (FaceTime, Zoom, or WhatsApp).
  • Managing notifications so your phone works for you

Whether you use email, social media, online banking, or simply browse the web, this session will provide easy-to-understand guidance to help you confidently navigate the internet and protect yourself and your family.

Participants will see practical examples of how AI tools can assist with research, planning, communication, and creative tasks. The goal is to demystify AI and provide a hands-on introduction that helps participants understand both the opportunities and limitations of this emerging technology.
