Once all the necessary registration documents have been completed and submitted, please contact Mrs. Westfall to set up an appointment.

Please bring the following with you to your registration appointment:

*Ways to show proof of residency:

Lease or deed
An affidavit (a written statement signed under oath) from the person you pay rent to saying you live there
Pay stub showing your address
Income tax form that shows your address
Utility bill in your name
Membership document based on residency, such as a local library card
Voter registration card
Driver’s license, permit or non-driver ID
State or other government issued ID

The PTO is an organization that consist of parents and teacher whose goal is to provide assistance and support to the students and teachers of WVCS.
